Yellow Tie Requirements: (1,650 Points)
1. Know the Black Tie Oath - 100 points
2. Take the Values Exam. - 100 points
3. Make a short life plan. - 100 points
4. Grades or Reading - 350points
5. Networking Photos (4). - 200 points
6. Activity - 400 points
7. Community Service. - 200 points
8. Personal Review - 200 points
