Micah Bailey, born on May 12, 2011, is an enthusiastic and ambitious sixth grader at Richwood Middle School. He is the cherished son of Christopher Hannibal and Melvia Bailey, who have instilled in him the values of hard work, respect, and the importance of education from a young age.

Growing up, Micah discovered a passion for basketball, a hobby that taught him about teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. His love for the game goes beyond just playing; it has become a way for him to connect with friends, challenge himself, and develop leadership skills on and off the court.

On April 1, 2024, Micah took a significant step towards personal development by joining "The Black Tie Guys," a prestigious program designed to mentor young men in their journey towards success. Micah's decision to join was driven by his desire to discover and develop his talents, feed his thirst for knowledge, and outline a vision for his future.

As a Black Tie Guy, Micah is committed to participating actively in the organization's programs and projects, which he believes will be instrumental in shaping his path. He hopes to leverage this opportunity to network with influential individuals across the United States, learn new skills, and continue excelling academically as an honor student. His involvement with the Black Tie Guys is more than just an extracurricular activity; it's a strategic move towards realizing his potential and setting the foundation for his future.

Micah's aspirations are not limited to his current endeavors. He looks forward to graduating with the class of 2030 from Richwood High School, a milestone he sees as the beginning of a bright and promising journey.
